Nicklas is head of Performance Management at BearingPoint Finland. He has over 12 years of experience from projects across Europe ranging from small engagements to large mergers and acquisitions. His experience ranges from xP&A / integrated business planning, process design to how strategy is linked to technology implementations. Currently he leads a team of >25 with experts with both business and technology background.
