Johannes Midtbö
CEO, CatalystOne Engage (formerly known as Populum).
Johannes founded Populum in 2015 to reinvent how organisations drive employee engagement and enable HR departments to become more data-driven. Today, the company operates under the name CatalystOne Engage, a Nordic leader in pulse and employee surveys, helping organisations leverage employee experience data to improve well-being and performance.
Prior to founding the company, Johannes worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture and an Analyst at Swedbank. He began his career at Procter & Gamble after graduating from KTH Royal Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management.
