Erik Lennhammar is the Chief Development & Investment (CDO) at Citycon. Citycon is a leading owner, manager and developer of urban, grocery-anchored shopping centres in the Nordics and Baltics region, managing assets valued to EUR 4.2 billion. As the CDO, Erik is responsible for Citycon’s development projects and transactions across all the 5 countries where Citycon is active. The development and investment organisation is located in Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo.
Erik has extensive experience in real estate development in the Nordic countries in several companies. He moved to Citycon from Nuveen Real Estate, where he worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager with responsible for the company’s Nordic properties. Nuveen Real Estate is one of the world’s largest real estate investment companies. Before this, he held several management positions in real estate development in Sweden at Steen&Ström and NCC.
