Alessia Orlandi

Alessia is a biologist with a PhD in science, who decided some years ago to move from the academic environment to a consulting company first and to a global healthcare company such as Fresenius Medical Care (FME) later, where she is currently working. In her professional journey, as B2B consultant she learned how to support companies in building their strategy and make strategic decisions on where to play and how to win in their business. While as a corporate manager, she contributed initially to optimize operational processes, quality and costs in FME dialysis clinics and currently she is focused on innovative business models and on structuring and managing strategic initiatives.
