Thomas Jeppesen is a true “people geek.” As the Head of HR at The LEGO Foundation, Thomas combines a deep passion for Play with an extensive background in human resources to create an environment where creativity and structure build the foundation for learning. With over a decade of experience at the LEGO Group, he has mastered the art of play in the workplace. Thomas also brings a wealth of knowledge from his time at Facebook (now Meta), adding a digital edge to his hands-on, playful approach to HR.
