Sisse Marie Welling

Sisse Marie Welling has been Mayor of Health and Care in the Municipality of Copenhagen since 2018. The Health and Care Administration is responsible for eldercare and for ensuring preventive and health-promoting activities for all citizens in the municipality of Copenhagen.
Mrs. Welling has been a member of the Copenhagen City Council since 2010. Prior to her position as Mayor she was member of the Health and Care Committee and member of The Employment and Integration Committee. Mrs. Welling holds an MA in History and Political Science.
