Renske Martijnse-Hartikka

Senior project manager, smart mobility team, Forum virium Helsinki

Renske Martijnse-Hartikka is a senior project manager with twenty years of experience in both the private and public sector. For the past thirteen years she has worked on sustainable urban mobility. Since 2018, Renske works in the stellar Smart Mobility team of Forum Virium Helsinki: the innovation organisation of the city of Helsinki. Renske’s work focuses on large cross-European projects on automated vehicles, on the ground and in the air. She has been involved in the Urban Air Mobility topic for over two years. The possibilities and impact of drones in cities is the core of her current research and innovation projects called AiRMOUR and CITYAM. Empowering cities in facilitating a responsible and acceptable increase in urban air mobility is what she strives for.
