Petri Hassinen has 20 years of both practical hands on and leadership experience in harmonization, transformation and IT enablement of digital processes and business development. Petri has been accountable for PLM strategy, data strategy, master data management and IT operations in multinational industrial context. Petri is also experienced in start-ups and artificial intelligence and was one of the co-founders of fast-moving AI start-up company.
Currently Petri is working at Metsä Group, where he is the head of data in Metsä towards data enabled sustainable future from the green gold growing in our forests. He will continue actively to advance data agenda with open co-creation spirit together with the one world data community.
He is also a board professional and acts as board member at Joutsen Finland and chairs the board of Onnexi Oy.
