With over 20 years of executive experience in HR, business development, and communication across diverse industries and regions, Maria Hamm is a distinguished leader with a passion for fostering strong relationships and achieving impactful results through people.

Maria has built her career in large international companies (DHL, ISS, Coop Denmark, Scan Global Logistics) focusing on strategic HR, organizational development, turnarounds, and enhancing employee engagement and loyalty. Her mission is to align human resources objectives with organizational goals and strategies, creating workplaces where people and businesses thrive.

Today, Maria leads HR and Business Development at DHL eCommerce Nordic, based in Copenhagen. In her current role, she oversees the development of parcel delivery and return solutions for international e-commerce customers, leveraging standard international services while providing tailor-made solutions and shipping over 3,000 packages annually.
