Kristian Luoma is the co-founder of In Parallel, a Helsinki-based company helping organizations build shared context — the common understanding of goals, decisions, and plans that both people and AI need to act well. He is the co-author of The Coordination Tax and Shared Context, and co-host of The Coordination Tax podcast, which explores what breaks when teams stop sharing the same reality. Kristian works with leadership teams turning AI from scattered pilots into a durable, organization-wide advantage.
