Iris Lagerström is an experienced HR executive with more than 20 years of expertise in strategic human resources, HR transformation, talent acquisition, employer branding, reward, people analytics, global talent strategy, and change leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of organizational environments, from Fortune Global 500 companies to public-sector organizations and fast-growing businesses.
At VTT, Iris leads the organization’s Reward, Global Talent Strategy and People Analytics function and serves as a member of the HR Leadership Team. Previously, she was responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, where she transformed VTT’s recruitment function from an operational service into a strategic business partner. She also developed VTT’s employer branding strategy and was one of the key contributors to the organization’s enterprise-wide change management framework.
