Henry Nieminen

Henry is an experienced business leader, CEO and board professional. Henry’s areas of expertise are digitalization and cybersecurity management. Henry has a long and successful track record in investor-driven growth companies, family-owned businesses and international listed companies as a director, CEO, board member and chairman.

Henry has a proven track record in international expansion as well as mergers and acquisitions, organizational change and turnarounds. Henry is a passionate and energetic leader and board member with a track record of delivering top and bottom-line growth, superior results, shaping strategy development and restructuring. Henry is currently Chairman of the Board of Netox Oy, a growing ICT services company specializing in cybersecurity. Henry also serves on the boards of Digia Oyj, Dicode Oy, Tampereen Energia and Elbit Systems Finland Oy. His previous positions include CEO of Insta Group and CEO of Fujitsu Finland and Baltics. He has also worked as a Sector Vice President of CGI Enterprise Markets Finnish business unit and as Managing Director and Partner of Business Consulting Finland and Worldwide Microsoft Alliance at Logica. As CEO of Insta Group Henry has led a company that has delivered remarkable cyber and defense solutions to Finnish defense, air force, government and critical infrastructure organizations.

In his 7 years on the board of M-Files Corporation, the rapidly growing international software company recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and in the Deloitte Fastest 500 growing companies with over 375 % growth rate over the past 5 years. His previous board positions include The Federation of Finnish Technology Industries, Techno-Progress Sp.z o.o Poland (Chairman), Fujitsu Estonia AS (Chairman), Board of Directors, Fujitsu Latvia SIA, Board of Directors, Fujitsu Lithuania UAB, Millog Oy and Senop Oy. Millog is a strategic partner of the Finnish Defense Forces providing lifecycle support for Finnish Army and Finnish Navy equipment. Senop develops and manufactures reliable equipment and systems for safety-critical applications. Henry has also served as a board member of AFDA, the Association of Finnish Defense and Aerospace Industries, and as a member of the National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA) Council.

Mr. Nieminen holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and Industrial Economics from the Tampere University of Technology. He also holds an MBA from Henley Management College
