Hartmut Schultze works on decentralized and democratic use of technology to generate knowledge and value from inherently private data (especially medical data). In his various roles throughout his 27 years in the IT industry, the focus for him is to create value from it by leveraging technology, optimizing environments, introducing automations, and acting as a change agent to enable this. Since 2015, he has worked on memory-driven computing initiatives to optimize and massively increase efficiency for big data analytics across multiple use cases. Previously, he managed several international clients driving innovation. He works from Bonn, Germany with his international team.
