With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, I am passionate about helping public sector organizations optimize their value from technology investments, create a shared vision for digital transformation, and develop digital operating models to create sustainable value. As the Senior Director of Strategy and Transformation for the Global Public Sector at Salesforce, I work with strategic customers in the EMEA North region, leveraging techniques such as ideation and design thinking.

Prior to joining Salesforce, I was a Senior Principal Strategist at ServiceNow, where I supported key customers in the public sector, healthcare and commercial industries with value selling and strategic advisory services. Besides my MBA and Health Sciences masters I have also completed several certifications in lean foundations, design thinking, and digital disruption. My expertise is within the domains of IT strategy alignment, business case creation, and IT roadmapping.
