Deana Nannskog is a Swedish capability architect, keynote speaker and strategist with extensive experience in large-scale skills and capability transformation. At Ingka Group (IKEA), she worked within a global organisation of more than 177,000 employees across 32 countries, helping build the skills and organisational capabilities needed for future business demands.
Today, Deana is the founder and CEO of Kin Innovation Agency, where she works with leaders to understand how AI is reshaping work and what organisations need to build now to stay capable and competitive. Her background spans organisational learning, workforce transformation, innovation and strategic capability building.
Her work centres on Capability Architecture — particularly the challenge of what happens when AI advances faster than human and organisational capability can develop. Her forthcoming book, Capability Architecture in the Age of AI, will be published in spring 2027.
