Chris Lincoln

Chris has been listed in the 25 global culture creators by Culture Amp, in recognition of his dedication to workplace wellbeing and also as HR Leader of the Year 2024 by HR in Hospitality (UK). He is a Wellbeing Advisor, Culture Consultant and Leadership Coach.

Having worked in Hospitality for over 20 years, Chris has built and implemented a diverse portfolio of people functions that focus on culture, wellbeing and employee engagement. A constant focus for Chris has been the holistic health of the teams he has worked with, ensuring their personal growth, professional application and overall development.

With experience in both global corporations as well as independent chains, Chris has designed and implemented a plethora of Leadership development programs that have holistically impacted and improved business metrics.

Chris is currenlty working at Vagabond Wines (UK) as People Director.
