Tommi Tenkanen is a theoretical physicist, author, and management consultant. He has worked as a researcher at top universities in the United States and the United Kingdom, and as a strategy consultant in several countries. He specializes in new technologies and has published three non-fiction books, the latest of which, Kvanttikilpajuoksu (”The Quantum Race”), published in 2025, tells the story of quantum computers and their importance for the society. Tenkanen has been awarded with the Finnish State Award for Public Information in 2022.
